My philosophy is that everyone can cook, no matter how inexperienced, and I pride myself on repeatedly testing my recipes to ensure they are easy to follow, simple and achievable yet still inspiring.

I thoroughly enjoy being in the kitchen developing innovative dishes and have over 14 years experience writing recipes, articles and features for both magazines and books. Below are the books that I have written whether under my own name, or for other people.
